Privacy Policy

When you sign up, we collect:

• Your email address.
• Your consent (the checkbox you tick) and the time we received it.
• Which form you used (top of the page or bottom of the page) and the language of the page.
• Campaign details from the link you came from (UTM parameters), the referring website, and the page you landed on.

We do not ask for your bank details, ID documents or phone number to sign up.

When you sign up, we also receive your browser's user agent (browser and device type) and your country, which our hosting provider works out from your connection.

Our host, Vercel, may keep standard server logs, which can include your IP address and the pages requested. We use these to keep the site running and secure.

We do not use cookies. We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking scripts.

If you arrive from a campaign link, we keep its UTM details in your browser's session storage so we know which campaign brought you if you sign up. This is cleared when you close the tab. It is not shared with anyone else.

We use your information to:

• Process your sign-up and onboard you as a partner.
• Email you about your account and next steps.
• Send program updates, only if you agreed to receive them.
• Measure which campaigns bring sign-ups, so we can improve how we reach people.
• Keep the site secure and prevent fake or automated sign-ups.
• Meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share personal information only in these cases:

• Service providers. Companies that help us run the site and send email, such as our hosting provider. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
• Legal reasons. If the law, a court or a government authority requires it, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
• Fraud and abuse. To investigate and prevent fraud, spam or security problems.
• Business transfer. If SideCashNow is merged with, or its assets are transferred to, another business, your information may move with it. We will tell you if that changes how it is handled.

Our providers may store or process data in countries other than India. When that happens, we take reasonable steps to protect it.

We handle your information based on your consent (for your sign-up and for updates) and our legitimate interest in running and securing the site and understanding which campaigns work. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We keep your information while you are signed up and while the program runs, and for a reasonable time after to handle questions, disputes and legal duties. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless the law requires us to keep something.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

To correct or delete your information, email privacy@sidecashnow.com from the address you signed up with. We may ask you to confirm it is you before we act.

You can stop emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing privacy@sidecashnow.com. We will remove you from the list promptly.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Ask us to correct or complete your data.
• Ask us to erase your data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
• Get your concerns heard through our grievance contact below.

Depending on where you live, you may have similar rights under other laws, such as the right to access, port, restrict or object to the use of your data, or to opt out of its sale (we do not sell it). To use any right, email privacy@sidecashnow.com. If we cannot resolve your concern, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

SideCashNow is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has joined, email privacy@sidecashnow.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the program grows. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will take extra steps to let you know, such as an email.
